All bidders who have purchased the Request for Bids will be notified of the Pre-Bid meeting via their registered email address. </u>The pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on <strong>29 May 2026</strong></p>\n\n<p>7. Bids must be delivered to the address in Para. 9 below on or before 15:00 Hours on <strong>19 June 2026.</strong> Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders&rsquo; designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15:10 hours on <strong>19 June 2026.</strong></p>\n\n<p>8. All Bids must be accompanied by a <strong>Bid Security</strong> in USD 12,000<em> (twelve thousand US Dollars).</em></p>\n\n<p>9.
