The Republic of Uzbekistan <em>has received </em>financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the <strong>Institutional Capacity Building Project</strong>, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for <strong>Procurement of High-Performance Server Equipment to Support the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Technologies within the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.</strong></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>2. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for <strong>Procurement of High-Performance Server Equipment to Support the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Technologies within the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.</strong></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>3. &nbsp;Bidding will be conducted using Request for Bids method through the National Competitive Procurement approach as specified in the <em>World Bank&rsquo;s &ldquo;Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers&rdquo; dated July 2016, revised in November 2017, August 2018 (&ldquo;Procurement Regulations&rdquo;)</em>, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>4.&nbsp; Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from &ldquo;<strong>Institutional Capacity Building Project</strong> <strong>Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan</strong> (PIU) through the email piu_mof@mail.ru and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm. at the address given below.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. &nbsp;The documents will be sent by e-mail to the Bidders.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>6. Bids must be delivered to the address below or by <strong><em>11-00 am (local time)</em></strong>, <strong>12 December, 2025</strong><em>.</em> Electronic bidding <strong><em>will not </em></strong>be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders&rsquo; designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on <strong><em>11-15 am (local time)</em></strong>, <strong>12 December, 2025.</strong></p>\n\n<p>7.
