\n\n1. RIMES has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Adaptation and Resilience (CARE) for South Asia Project – P171054, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Computing Equipment for RDAS activities – Cloud Service.
\n\n2. RIMES now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Computing Equipment (Servers and other IT Equipment) for RDAS activities for providing Cloud Services.
\n\n3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
\n\n4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from RIMES, rimesprocurement@rimes.int and inspect the bidding document during office hours [0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below:
\n\nAIT Campus, Khlong Luang, Pathumthani 12120, Thailand.
\n\n5. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon sending an email request to rimesprocurement@rimes.int or by downloading the same from RIMES website at www.rimes.int.
\n\n6. Bids must be delivered to the address below AIT Campus, Khlong Luang, Pathumthani 12120, Thailand, on or before 9 June 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below AIT Campus, Khlong Luang, Pathumthani 12120, Thailand on 9 June 2024.
\n\n7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of THB 204,568 or USD 5,600.
\n\n8. “Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”
