This is with reference to Higher Education Commission subject advertisement (Specific Procurement Notice) published in various leading national daily newspapers dated December 06, 2023, and uploaded over Higher Education Commission website (https://www.hec.gov.pk/) along with the corresponding Bidding Document (Request for Bids) and subsequent Amendment No. 01.
Bid submission date is hereby extended till January 30, 2024 (11:30 AM Local Time), hence para no. 8 of the subject Specific Procurement Notice shall be read as follows.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 AM dated January 30, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on the same day i.e., January 30, 2024, immediately after the bid submission deadline.
All other terms and conditions of the subject/ earlier published Specific Procurement Notice and corresponding Request for Bids (in conjunction with the Amendment No. 01) remain unchanged until and unless expressly modified so in writing.
