Hamza Faiswary Rweyemamu","contact_organization":"Tanzania National Roads Agency","contact_phone_no":"+255756479439","contact_web_url":"http://www.tanroads.org","submission_date":"2026-10-09T00:00:00Z","notice_text":"<p>INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS<br /><br />This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project, which appeared in<br />United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. N/A dated N/A and the National e-Procurement<br />System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 29/08/2025.<br />1.<br />The TANZANIA NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY has received CREDIT from the International<br />Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Supply of Laptop, Desktop and<br />Workstation Laptop Computers For Tanzania Transport Integration Project (Tantip) - Project<br />Implementation Team (PIT), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under<br />the contracts for SUPPLY OF LAPTOP, DESKTOP AND WORKSTATION LAPTOP<br />COMPUTERS FOR TANZANIA TRANSPORT INTEGRATION PROJECT (TanTIP) -<br />PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM (PIT).<br />2.<br />You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule<br />of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.<br />3.<br />4. The Quotations shall be valid for 120 days.<br />5. The required delivery period is 60 days from the issuance of the purchase order<br />6. The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM local time on 03/10/2025.<br />Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST, and their opening details will be available through<br />NeST.<br />7.
