The procurement will be conducted through the Electronic Government Procurement (eGP) System, with each items being treated as a one lot.</p><p><strong>Grant No.:</strong> <strong>Tf0C8111</strong></p><p><strong>RFB Reference No.: RFB No: ET-EAES-565371-GO-RFB </strong></p><ol><li>The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of implementation of <strong>Grant Facility for Project Preparation Trust Fund (GFPP) in relation to: Ethiopia Education Assessment and Examination Service Additional Financing (P501017) </strong>and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for <strong>Procurement of </strong><strong>Tablets, All in one Desktop Computer, Enterprise Centralized Storage Server</strong>, <strong>High-Performance AI-Ready Student data and Assessment server and Scanner</strong>. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank&rsquo;s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing<em>.</em></li><li>The Education Assessment and Examination Service now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the <strong>Tablets, All in one Desktop Computer, Enterprise Centralized Storage Server</strong>, <strong>High-Performance AI-Ready Student data and Assessment server and Scanner. T</strong><strong>he procurement is intend to conduct through the eGP system, with Lots treated as one lot/bid.</strong></li><li>Qualification Requirements: In Addition to the requirements listed below, the bidders are encouraged to read and respond to the exhaustive list of post qualification requirements specified in the RFB Section III.</li></ol><ol><li><strong>Financial Capability</strong>: The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements for the last 3(three) years (2015 E/C to 2017E/C) to evaluate the financial capability of the supplier as follows.</li></ol><ol><li><strong>Current Ratio:</strong> The Bidder shall demonstrate a <strong>current ratio of &ge; 1.2 in each of the last three (3) audited financial years (2015, 2016, and 2017 E.C.) </strong>The calculation shall be based on the audited balance sheet for each respective financial year. Failure to achieve a current ratio of <strong>1.2 or higher in any one of the three years</strong> shall result in the Bidder being determined <strong>non-responsive to this qualification requirement</strong><strong>.</strong></li><li><strong>Average Annual Turnover: </strong>amount is ETB<strong> </strong>60 million.</li><li><strong>Financial Resources:</strong> The Bidder shall demonstrate access to liquid assets, or lines of credit amount ETB 4 Million</li></ol><ol><li><strong>Specific Experience</strong>:</li></ol><p>The Bidder shall have successfully completed, within the last three (3) years (2015 E/C to 2017 E/C) preceding the bid submission deadline, <strong>either one (1) or two (2) contracts</strong> that are similar in nature and complexity to the Goods and Related Services under the Contract.
