                           Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB)

  1. NYANZA District (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by GOR towards the cost of Progressive terraces with complete agroforestry systems in Nyanza District
  2. NYANZA District invites qualified bidders to submit bids for Progressive terraces with complete agroforestry systems in Nyanza District as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
  3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from E-procurement system,
  4. Tender fees of 10,000 Rwf must be deposited to Account of “Rwanda Revenue Authority” generated in the E-procurement system.
  5. Tender Document may be obtained from E-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw).
  6. The Bid Security, issued by a bank or insurance company, is required.
  7. All bids, must reach the www.umucyo.gov.rw at the address mentioned above not later than the date specified in e-procurement system.
  8. Bids will be opened on the E-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) on date specified in e-procurement system.
  9. A site visit is scheduled and will be led by the representatives of Nyanza District on 17th September 2026 starting from 09:00 A.M in Nyagisozi Sector, Kabuga Cell (Nyamitobo center). Note Site visit must be done by the key personnel/staff that the bidder will use in his/her bid or must be done by the managing director of company or Technical Director of company.
  10. Bidding will be conducted as specified in Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 of Law governing Public Procurement and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 establishing regulations governing public procurement. Participation is open on equal conditions to all specialized companies.
