The completed quotations along with all required documents must reach this office by <strong>04.09.2026 till 11:00 AM</strong>. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened.</p><p>Requests for Quotations (RFQ) can be obtained from this office during office working hours or downloaded from the PULSE&rsquo;s website <strong>https://pulse.gop.pk</strong>. Procurement will be conducted through the Requests for Quotations method, as specified in the World Bank&rsquo;s &ldquo;Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers &ndash;November-2020, and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>Suppliers are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed.
